Born and raised in Kalamazoo Michigan, Chuck Ludwig has lived in the area so long he claims the title of "Mr. Benicia"
Chuck has been a proud supporter of local bands for many years. In addition to attending local concerts and clubs, Chuck has amassed an amazing collection of local and indie music. Many of his albums are obscure, early works that have never been aired on the radio.
Chuck had a thriving apparel business back in the nineties and many of his "Reckless Abandon" tees are still in circulation.
Chuck spends much of his time fighting the injustice of a rogue insurance company (that shall remain nameless) in a noble effort to save his "vintage" Mercury Capri.
P.S. - The question to the answer, a la Jeopardy, is: "What do you call Chuck in his yellow slicker and rainpants?"
Mike Vinyl came out to the studio with his record collection one afternoon and soon became a permanent part of he act. Mike has shelves full of mint-condition vinyl records that he is graciously sharing with the ozcat audience.
A great storyteller, Vallejo native, Mike has been a rock 'n roll fan from back in the day. He has attended many concerts at such legendary venues as The Filmore Auditorium, Winterland, The Avalon Ballroom, and The Keystone Corners, just to name a few. Mike has had encounters with man, y famous rock stars such as Chuck Berry, Taj Mahal, Steve Miller and others. Mike and loves to share his memories and musings of rock and roll history and trivia.
Somewhat of a daredevil Mike enjoys skiing, paragliding and gliding so look for him in the air as well as on the airwaves.
