For his Cooking Curry Show, DJ Chef Mark Harrison dishes up a little extra heat and spice with a focus on more ethnic and tribal music such as Reggae, Latin and other choices from the Afro-cuban diaspora. DJ Chef Mark showcases selections from his ever-growing music collection of vintage classics and recent releases. With over 2,500 LPs in the collection, you can be sure you will be enjoying a wide variety of great music.

In addition to collecting vintage vinyl 78s etc., Chef Mark collects vintage and antique radios of all sorts and is an avid radio listener. When he stumbled onto Ozcat and its non-commercial format,he immediately called up and soon became one of our DJs.

In addition to being a DJ, Chef Mark has been a Professional Chef for the past 18. Just like with music, for Chef Mark cooking is "all about the flavor". Chef Mark currently cooks it up at Mike and Gayle's Hometown Grill in Benicia, California

You might also find DJ Chef Mark at your nearest flea market as "The Vinyl Finder", wheeling and dealing in vintage and collectible vinyl records. He is also available for appraisals.

Chef Mark frequently sells at the Alemany, South City, Monterey, and Alameda Antique Fair.
