New Hits and Featured Features
This week we feature features. First we hit the new EuroHits, including several on the charts from the UK. The rest of the show is featured artists.
French/Israeli singer-songwriter Yael Naim has a hit song courtesy of the MacBook Air commercials, and a remarkable album as well, recorded over a two year period in her Paris apartment studio... just her and a couple of percussionists.
Then we visit Montreal, where Quebec hiphopper K-Maro has crafted a fine production group called K-Pone Inc. We hear songs from him and Shy'm.
The last feature is the Finnish rock band Poets of the Fall, winners of the Best Finnish Rock Album of the Year award.
